Can I enquire without a final gas specification?

Yes. Select “Not sure / Please advise” and describe the application. Include any product name, process information or existing requirements you have.

Can I ask about custom mixtures?

Use the technical support or product enquiry option. Share the components, target concentrations and balance gas if these are already defined.

How can I request an SDS or COA?

Choose the corresponding document type in the form. Include the product name and any batch, cylinder or product reference you have available.

Can I discuss delivery to my location?

Include the delivery country or region, expected quantity and requested timing. Product availability and logistics can then be reviewed for that destination.
